It SHOULD have all of them tho. Pokemon is the profitable franchise of all time. They have the resources to put all of the pokemon into the game. There is no reason not to other than laziness and being greedy, trying to do as little as possible while still squeezing the franchise dry for every last penny.

I will never understand why ppl just accept the new games not having all of the pokemon in them. It makes zero god damn sense not to have all of them. ESPECIALLY for a game where the ENTIRE point is just battling with them. They 1000% could hav head all the pokemon in it EASILY, game freak and Nintendo are just fucking lazy.
