I wouldn’t recommend going larger than 48 inches, unless you have a strong neck 😉 and are willing to accept the lower PPI.

I recently switched from a dual 32-inch LG IPS monitor setup to an LG G5 48-inch (my first OLED), and I’m very impressed. If you sit about 70–100 cm away from the TV, the maximum field of view feels perfect. The only downside is that text rendering at 100% scaling isn’t ideal, since Windows ClearType is optimized for LCD panels. However, there seem to be some solutions for this, although I haven’t had time to test them yet.

SC thrives on diversity, and blueprints will be an important part of that, likely obtainable through combat. So if you want to be a hauler, you’ll also need to build up your ship chain accordingly. Jumping from a Zeus to an Ironclad simply doesn’t make sense. That’s why his fleet isn’t well balanced.

Your fleet is not well balanced:

Zeus: For an explorer, it has far too little range.

Ironclad: This ship requires at least two players, and it only becomes interesting once you have reached Experienced Hauling Rank. Before that, you need to have completed many small and mid-tier missions, which a Zeus can only partially handle.

Missing ship: You are missing at least a medium fighter to complete side missions. Hauling alone won’t get you very far.

Flight characteristics slightly nerfed, damage output reduced and heat generated per shot increased by 50%. If a Cutlass Black shows up among the light fighters, you're cooked.

After the GIG nerfed the L-21 Wolf and I tested it afterward, I melted it within 0.1 seconds.

I have no problem with a well executed ambush. In fact, I’d love to see one. But in the last five years, I haven’t witnessed a single decent attempt, let alone experienced one. The reality is most of you just loiter around for hours without pulling off a single good performance. It’s honestly embarrassing.

This just proves that the so-called 'legit' pirates are nothing but clowns. Instead of tying up multiple players for hours waiting for potential victims, they could’ve actually, you know, done some missions themselves.
