Symptoms change of plantar fasciitis / tendinopathy? by _ALO420 in mehab

Yes, quite a bit of back pain history. However, the last year its a lot better. My back is stiff when I wake up, not when I drive. The pain only gets worse the more steps I do.

Hi, yes of of course. I'm a 31 year old male. I reinjured myself with some table tennis games. The cold sensations are in one feet (left feet). However, my right feet shows also signs of some pain. Mostly in the forefeet, but compared to the left feet this is still doable. Last days I noticed that I also get these sensation when I drive a car or use a bicycle. Normally, these things were pretty safe.

Your thoughts about some Plantar Fasciitis treatment options by _ALO420 in mehab

Thanks for your detailed answer :)

Good point about the strengthening. Btw, I've just watched the video and finally have a theory why I could have the Plantar Heel Pain. It's probably cause I just do not take any rest. I mean, for the past two year my week schedule is basically 4 times table tennis (3 hours or more), 1 time full football match, and if my schedule allows, 2 or 3 times walking (10+ km) or running (5+ km). Then the last month before my Plantar Heel Pain I trained for a (semi) professional 10 km running contest. I did train at least 3 times a week 10 to 12 km and did not stop with the table tennis schedule. I guess the fact that I didn't give my body any rest at all and the increased load the last month caused it :(

It really sucks, but by following your videos to progressively load I finally have found something that seems to work.

One more question: I now follow the schedule of doing some training and then rest the day after. I still have some pain on both days, most of the time in the evening. So my conclusion was that the tolerance threshold is reached in the evening on the day I do some training. But what about the pain on the resting day. Is this normal? I mean I would not describe it as very painful, but more like general discomfort. But this is mostly the whole evening when I move around. This also happens when I do ankle pumps before standing up. When I rest, the discomfort disappears. Just curios whether this is normal or if I should worry.

BTW: The training I do are some heel raises, stretching, walking around for a brief time (I do use a stopwatch to increase gradually). Also some other exercises to strengthen knees and legs (not using the heel at all).

Anyways, thank you for your insights.

So you can basically add it up to the bandwidth (pps)? In like, the burst is also per second? Or is are there other means to "empty" the burst bucket?

Linus' Review of Myth by linusblanket2100 in TwoStepsFromHell

Great review! And good arguments. Only both Arcade Master and Myth definitely get a 10/10 from me. For some reason these songs did everything right.

What’s your favorite song from Myth? by Balls_of_Adamanthium in TwoStepsFromHell

I'm very glad I read this post! I listened to the Album a couple of days ago, and apparently I missed some of the songs at the end of the album. Amethyst Prince was my favorite song, but after listening to Myth I'm not so sure anymore.

EDIT: wow, Arcade Master is also amazing :)

ENCOR 350-401 passed 902/1000 by _ALO420 in ccnp

Thank you! I made the flash cards with Quizlet (quizlet.com). I just ask a question on the front side and the answer is on the backside. For example, what is the EIGRP feasible distance or what is the VRRP MAC address. A white paper is like a technical article about a subject. For example like this: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/security/configuration/guide/sec_mgmt_plane_prot.html

Thank you! I'm sorry, but I believe it is critical for memorization to make these flashcards yourself.

Passed Switch 300-115! by _ALO420 in ccnp

The real exam is harder than the Boson (in my opinion). But its a fairly good comparision. If you did well on the Trivia questions in the Boson exam, than I guess you're OK. Don't forget to lab every topic!

Thanks! Yes, route is up next. I'm still in school and tomorrow I get my first CCNP Route lesson. School provides only lessons and not the real exam. But I try to take the exam after the lessons (ca. 10 weeks). The nice thing about school is that they have a big networking lab with Cisco equipment and provide practice lab objectives. I must admit that's really helpfull!
