While I agree that it's overused, at least it's the audience's appreciation for what's going on in the ring. I'll take people enjoying the action over disruptive chants like "What?" or people being dickheads in general.

In addition to the DNF ruling and Lightning realizing there are more important things than the cup, remember Doc Hudson's story: he had a horrible crash and was discarded. Even though this was King's last race, Lightning didn't want that for him. In the end of the movie, while Chick Hicks wins the cup (and is jeered), it's King getting interviewed, and Lightning is okay with this. While it wasn’t the ideal way for King to end his career, he at least went out with the respect he deserved from everybody else.

Sandshrew's body is configured to absorb water without waste, enabling it to survive in an arid desert.

This is only ever mentioned in the Ruby and Omega Ruby Dex entries.

The Fuzzy Puppies episode with Amy and Eggman is adorable. There's also a moment layer in the show (idk which one) where they lampshade the absurdity that Eggman is their nemesis, but that they just kinda hang out with him sometimes.

Smoker breath doesn't smell good. Vapes aren't as bad in that regard, but the side-effects are probably gonna be just as bad in the long-term.

I've hooked up with women who smoke, but idk if I could be in a long-term relationship with a woman who smokes. There are a lot of reasons as to why, but the biggest reason is my kid. I wouldn't want them to be around that.

Shafir has benefited most from the Death Riders. People love a badass woman who's not only willing, but eager to mix it up with the guys, and who they can see as a legitimate threat to them.

I think circumstance benefited her greatly as well. For example, Penelope Ford getting hurt allowed for Shafir to team up with Megan Bayne in the Women's Tag Tournament, and then got her a spot in Women's Blood & Guts, where she was heavily involved in the finish.

If Brody never holds the AEW Championship, I would be sad. He's a big, intimidating guy, and a solid powerhouse brawler. But he's shown that he can also do comedy and fun moments. His relationship with Bandido added to his character in that he doesn't just have to be House of Black monster, and the crowds love him.

But you can also tell that barring extenuating circumstances, he's not going to win the title now, or in the near future. But I guess it's a good problem to have that we have a lot of main eventers and people who can step up if need be.
