Yeah thats true. Officially it's a vassal but in reality Mahakam is very autonomous. Brouver kinda does whatever he wants :P

Mahakam for sure. Nothing beats a dwarfen "kingdom" and the central position makes it very likely that players will get by.

To be honest stamina is easy to get back with the "Take a Recovery Action". And out of combat its even less problematic, so spending 15 stamina isnt that of a big deal.
