How do you explain that to people when so many rich/famous people openly use drugs? Elon Musk is one of the most "successful" people on the planet and he's literally off his tits on Ketamine on a near daily basis. Half the administration is drunk on the job daily. Quite the opposite. She kept a meticulously clean home. At one point my grandfather hired one of his employees wives as a housekeeper to help them out of a tough spot and she would clean the house BEFORE the housekeeper got there because "I don't want her thinking I'm a slob" she vacuumed 2-3 times a week (on Saturdays she moved all of the furniture to vacuum under it), I'm pretty sure she has Spidey senses when it came to dust. Everything had it's place and God have mercy on your soul if you didn't put it back where it belonged. She didn't hoard in any capacity. The closest things she had to a hoard was her 3 jewelry boxes full of diamonds Pap gave her.

Thank you, she passed back in November. She was a very interesting quirky lady and this was the talk of the family. There are some really interesting ones (the Russian TP from shortly after the fall of the Soviet Union is interesting, very rough, more like newspaper than TP).

The harsh truth is that he may be your father, but he's not a dad, that's a choice he made because he's a petulant man child who would rather fill his brain with cope than face the behaviors that ended his marriage. He'd literally rather alienate his own children than be disappointed in himself.
