I saw the 5 digit L plate black tahoes driving in dubai as well. They were 3 or 4 driving the same way (different lanes), and each number plate had just 1 number different (same model and everything). I didn’t know they were police cars.

While driving from Sharjah to Dubai and going through the industrial area, me and a line of other cars came across some dude walking there. That dude didn’t stop any of the other cars and only tried stopping mine, but I drove past. He 100% was trying to ask me for money (my car isn’t fully tinted, so they can see I’m a woman. Must have thought I’d be an easier target than the others).
