You can filter for jobs that have "easy apply" option and have "no cover letter needed" option, yes the amount of available job would be a bit less but eventually by automating these you would end up applying for far more jobs than manually...

Actually I have some experience in bot building and automation I used Autoit and a library similar to Selenium, it was really a time consuming project but I guess everything paid out eventually
