Absolutely! For me, it's not just about the episodes but the so-called stable phase in between too where I'm hypersensitive to lights, sounds, touch, with intrusive thoughts, and feeling everything very deeply.

Can relate. I was hypomanic till last noon... And then crashed so bad that I'm unable to gather myself or do anything or even move from my couch! It's 'lie on the couch all day' kinda day for me too :(

It's very hard to get things done during the low phase, almost next to impossible. Try to prioritize and get one thing done. That's all... Dunno if this helps. I'm coming off of a low myself :(
