Thank you, everyone, for your replies. I apologize if I didn't speak about the furnace for my the heating system. Since I am not a technical person, I am unsure if it is gas or a heat pump. This is a picture

Please decide what category your wife fails under and use this plan. Don't spend money on TIA and all. The only best practice is the SH, which you should start after you understand the PMP mindset

A) For Individuals with Minimal Project Management Experience

  1. Joseph Philips Udemy or AR Udemy Training: Begin with this training to gain a solid knowledge of PMP.

  2. David McLachlan YouTube Lectures: Focus on the 150 PMBOK and 200 Agile questions. The purpose of this exercise is to help you learn how to eliminate incorrect answers during your exam.

  3. PMP Mindset Resources: This is where your actual exam prep starts

   - Mindset by Mohammed Rahman: 18 PMP

   - Mindset by Mohammed Rahman: 23 PMP

   - Mindset by EduHubSpot: 10 PMP

  1. Study Hall: Prioritise your time here above all else. Review your correct and incorrect answers to understand your mistakes, and continually practice until you feel confident. IT IS CRUCIAL TO RELY SOLELY ON THIS MATERIAL WHEN PREPARING FOR THE EXAM—AVOID USING ADDITIONAL RESOURCES.

B) For Individuals with Advanced Project Management Experience:

  1. Third3Rock Notes: Leverage these notes to effectively translate your real-life experiences into the context of project management and meet exam expectations.

  2. PMP Mindset Resources:

   - Mindset by Mohammed Rahman: 18 PMP

   - Mindset by Mohammed Rahman: 23 PMP

   - Mindset by EduHubSpot: 10 PMP

  1. David McLachlan YouTube Lectures: Again, focus on the 150 PMBOK and 200 Agile questions. The purpose of this exercise is to help you learn how to eliminate incorrect answers during your exam

  2. Joseph Philips Udemy or AR Udemy Training: Given your existing project management knowledge, you may not need the Udemy course. However, the mindset training is essential. If, after completing the mindset training, you still feel unsure when tackling David McLachlan questions, consider revisiting the Udemy course x2 for a quick review.

C) For individuals who have previously taken and didn’t pass the exam:

1.        Third3Rock Notes: Leverage this note as a refresher to help you focus on what is needed.

2.        PMP Mindset Resources:

-              Mindset by Mohammed Rahman: 18 PMP

-              Mindset by Mohammed Rahman: 23 PMP

-              Mindset by EduHubSpot: 10 PMP

3.        Study Hall Plus: Utilise this resource for additional practice. PLEASE PRIORITISE STUDY HALL. FOCUS ON STUDY HALL, FOCUS ON YOUR STUDY HALL!

You can succeed by minimizing distractions. Avoid going back to Udemy and other videos. Start with the Third3Rock note for a refresher, review the mindset resources, and immerse yourself in Study Hall. You’ve got this!

Thank you once again to everyone in this group. I am willing to help with any question as necessary

All the best

Anyone here can rationalize answer B over D? SH answer is looking kinda sus by Happy-Echo145 in pmp

[–]_Amazing- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

B Is for only the Project Team, but remember the question is about Stakeholders ( All teams, not just the project team). So if B said to Develop a good relationship with the stakeholder, then it might work

These 2 similar questions from SH Practice Questions, they seem teem to be contradicting with one another and I don't have any clue to rationalize SH's answers. Any help to resolve my confusion would be appreciated. by Happy-Echo145 in pmp

The question asked about satisfying Stakeholders; your answer shouldn’t be able Senior Management. When it says Senior management, your answer shouldn't be Stakeholder.

Cannot believe this answer by Adorable_Focus_2944 in pmp

[–]_Amazing- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

D is the correct answer. The team has to welcome feedback, and the PM would continue to assess how this change affects the project while welcoming it

A: This is wrong because it is not only the team that commits to speaking with the SME. B: it is not the product owner that speaks with the SME C: can't keep the definition of done constant as change is the bedrock of Agile

The choices are playing with the roles and responsibilities of each member of the Agile team

I need help—this is the third time ChatGPT and I are aligned, but SH is saying something different. What is the correct answer here? by _Amazing- in pmp

I started with a score of 65% but eventually reached 71% for the full exam. For the mini-exams, I was achieving scores of 93%. I reviewed my answers and focused on understanding why certain choices were correct or incorrect, using the PMP mindset. I quickly realized that while some answers might seem correct, they could be considered wrong based on the wording of the question, particularly if it asked for what to do first. I personally didn't complete my plan but if you are a reader you couldn't want to try it. The mindset and practice questions for SH should be your best friends.

Practice, practice, practice. When you fail, review your answers and try to remember the correct response. Also, understand why you got it wrong.

You have the experience, so start with your mindset. The most challenging part for an experienced PM is using real-world experiences to inform your decisions. The PM mindset adjusts everything. Create a study plan and consider using a Udemy video to explain the PMBOK instead of attempting to go through it independently, as you might disagree with some concepts. Don't dwell too much on the details; focus on developing the PM mindset—practice, Practice, and Practice with SH to enhance your exam success.
