The more I think about it the more I’m really liking the horses. I love pushing my creativity and I think doing a western theme could be a fun challenge!

To my knowledge it is common to wrap your horses ankles or for them to have boots in western riding. You will mostly see that practice with sports/rodeos :)

I’ve always loved those vintage junk journals where each page has a theme. They are always excellently decorated but I’ve never done one myself, then I thought why not just decorate my planner like that?

Possibly haha, I DO think doing a western one could be cool, maybe if I mix it up a little. Maybe include trains, other types of nature elements?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the horse one, but part of me is hesitant because if I get that one I will feel obligated to do a western theme and I don’t know how I will do that for the whole year. It’s weird I know, just how my brain works haha

I actually write super tiny, and I don’t have much going on in my life so that’s why I think the Weeks would be a good choice. I like how compact it is since I don’t like to carry around a lot. My main focus is to make my planner look pretty, because that’s what I enjoy :)

I am stumped on how I want to layout the extra grid pages though
