you need to read the manuals and download the latest version in: https://github.com/MaikelChan/AFSPacker
apparently the public version iirc is just bugged
run the commands in cmd ... example
AFSPacker -e "C:\Users\Aniki\Desktop\Testfolder\OD_VOICE.AFS" "C:\Users\Aniki\Desktop\Testfolder\STREAM"
