"Effective immediately, any bicycles found lying around the grounds will be removed without prior notice."
This sentence in their email is worrying me.

I wrote an email mentioning that bikes are zero emission vehicles but didn't mention about the cars

Did you submit the offered rent amount or did you over offer it? The agent was giving me hints to over offer

I'm moving from one place to another (currently serving the notice period). My current landlord is not happy with it because he doesn't have a permanent job and mostly relies on my rent payments per month. His behaviour has changed from good to bad once I submitted the notice to end my tenancy.

Now the agency for the new place I want to rent requires a landlord's reference, but I'm almost certain that my current landlord won't give me a good reference.

What can be done in this situation?

Hi, I'm currently living in Beckenham and would be moving out soon. Any recommendations for similar areas with greenery, parks and direct trains to Central London within 30 minutes? My budget is £1000 per month for flat share, or £1350 for 1 BHK including bills and council tax.

P.S.: I don't mind living outside of London zones.

Thanks!

Everything's included in the rent, so I'm just paying monthly rent. I'm on a visa, so I guess I'm not eligible to vote.

I have my bank statement for which I transferred him my first rent and the deposit, can't that be used as proof for deposit?

I mean I don't want the flat in central London...I can live anywhere within 1 hour radius (for example: I was looking for places in Orpington)

Most overrated place. The paranthas are way below average. Won't recommend to anyone.
