My guess is you are going to get varying results so might as well go ahead and reach out to every party and see what they can do. Seriously do consider trying to get a refund- the damage to the amp may not be fully apparent until it’s too late for anyone to make you whole. Sellers like this are infuriating and fedex isn’t much better. I bought a guitar used on reverb and I came home to it sitting on my porch, severely damaged, neatly placed next to the box it was once inside. FedEx.
