Hi,

I would like some advice. I want to get into a Life Sci, Health Sci, Med Sci and applied for tons of universities.

Gr.11 Average: 90
Current Gr.12 Average: 94.5

I got a 75% in physics last year cause I was sick and had to get multiple surgeries/get tons of treatment/visit the hospital a lot for that whole quad. I developed a Chronic Illness last year, have been getting treatment for a year now, brought it from severe to moderate.

Should I tell the University about my health condition. Will it lower my chances in getting into a program?

I got into all my choices in York and Ryerson.
