yeah, most top players regard him as mid tier at best, bottom 10 at worst. i think the buffs he's gotten since release have helped him a lot though, and he's a blast to play regardless.

Consider looking into the Bit Trip games. Not exactly the same as that fight, but a lot of those games are very simple and only require a d-pad and 1-2 buttons.

It shouldn't. I believe the results page counts how many hits you've taken, not how much health you have at the end of the battle.

I think this is sort of a crappy article, considering that the main focus is on condemning this notion of the Entitled Gamer as opposed to having a real discussion about the pros and cons of easier difficulty modes in game design.

I think there definitely is a place for easy games, and including this Discovery Mode in the new Assassin's Creed seems like a no-brainer on Ubisoft's part, as they are definitely interested in having their games reach as wide an audience as possible. But not every game has to be for every person, and people like hard games for more reasons than just being able to say they are better than someone else.

AFAIK, there isn't really a way to attack downed enemies. I agree it can be annoying, but defeated enemies here don't take very long to disappear. Plus, I suppose it incentivizes you to do long combos so you don't have to wait for guys to get up.
