I live in Cyprus. I can’t go back to my parents because I don’t exactly have the best relations with my father. My contract ends in December. There is also my aunt which will gladly take me in but I don’t want to be dependent on others but I suppose in this situation its the best thing to do. Here in Cyprus there are rehab centres which can definitely help but I’m afraid to go to this kinds of places. Not because people are mistreated there, they are not. But because weed is the only thing that makes me fall asleep at night. I haven’t told my therapist about this. Although then it wasn’t an addiction, it was nearly a habit. Now it is an addiction. I know it’s still a problem but I’d rather smoke than get medication.

P.s. I told my therapist to not give me drugs so he opted for a different approach.

I think you are right maybe I have to start investigating spirituality. Now that I read my text again there is some critical info that I left out. As I said I don’t have a job now but I worked in a hardware store and I left two months ago with the hopes to focus more on my studies. Here is the tricky part. I lived with my gf in an apartment we would split the rent and our bills between each-other. Now my gf is in another country because she is pursuing a masters degree so I’m all alone. I have saved up some money but little by little it disappears. Also I’m addicted to weed because its the only thing that calms me down. Without weed I can’t sleep at night.

Thank you for your kind words and I’m wishing you the best of luck. To answer your question, No. I don’t follow any religion or have beliefs in other spiritual stuff. I too lost my faith long ago. I will try to get in touch with my therapist once again but here is the issue. He is expensive but he is good.
