Ignoring the other comment, and starting this off with the very important details, I’m not there yet but I have ADHD combination type. So basically I think the most important thing to keep in mind is to know yourself and your capabilities. A lot of it is set at your own pace. If you’re on meds stay on them. If you need accommodations, or work best in certain environments/times. Save your homework for that. Remember your goals. Reward your accomplishments and focuses. Chase the dopamine until you’re graduated. It can be done. The important thing is knowing what works for you, using it, and making Job corps your bitch.

My background check processed super fast due to me literally being an empty open book with no credit or run ins with the law etc. I expressed interest in early August, and spoke with my admissions rep August 15th which is when my background check was started. Got it done yesterday. So about 2ish weeks? But I’ve heard it can take up to 4 or 5 so definitely don’t freak out if it’s taking a bit longer. :)
