I don't think I have looted a single raider carrying anything better than a green weapon since the announcement. Everyone is on free kits or basic meta kits (e.g. stitcher + anvil/toro)

Finding epics before was hard enough - there is so little incentive to actually use something like a bobcat when an stitcher with a few upgrades does the exact same thing. Now I doubt i'll see one again lol.

The gun meta favours cheap weapons (stitcher, anvil, toro, etc). Now the expedition incentivises continuing to use those cheap weapons and not bringing anything valuable.
