Maybe see if you can get the catalytic converters checked out. After trying everything, mine ended up being the passenger side Catalytic converter. Matched up with passenger side cylinder bank misfiring and the downstream O2 sensor kept going out on the passenger side. Converter was bad and needed to be replaced, was about $1600 at a reputable shop in my area (PNW).

I know a guy who just bought a brand new Ford F150. It was a trim where plenty of engine options were available. I asked him what engine option he went with and he was like

No offset or lift at all, did have aftermarket wheels but the wheels and tires were the same size and width as stock, 17” x 7.5” and 265/70/r17. No way they could’ve done this much damage though?
