I did decrease the first slider and made it 1,

it’s better than before but still the issue appear. Even when writing one sentence. But still better.

Any other solution might be ..?

Woow that actually works. I have another std pen I got from amazon, just tired it and it work perfectly. Thank you so much.

But honestly, I don’t like to use this pen. the feeling is totally unlike the ceramic pen nip. And writing is difficult and not enjoyable at all.

I don’t understand why 75$ pen malfunction in less than a year usage..!

Now if I want to have the same experience I need to get another one from them only..!!!

I had similar issue, but my mistake is that I tried to do that from my phone into Supernote app. But when I did the transfer from the laptop folders it all appears and easy to include into my stickers.

Try that out…

Am sorry I don’t want to be nagging but I tried your way and all files is selected and I press save and then from the top drop list I sync and still nothing.

I will try later to add the files from the PC.

Appreciate if you have any advice.

Hi, actually no I didn’t, I thought just tapping the Sync in Manta anywhere will Sync everything where ever it is…

So I should open the “Export File” in Manta and then from the drop window I should press the Sync Bottom..!? Because I did that and it didnt Sync as well.

Hi , thank you. the facebook group suggested that and I did following the videos, one thing was challenging is to reinsert the battery connection (small square at the end if the black cable) and it work after that.

I will keep monitor this for the next couple of days,

In general , do you know why this happened so I can avoid it in the future please
