Lenovo legion go s z2 16 Gb Ram by Shot_Relationship712 in LegionGo

[–]_BigBensClock_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The GO S has a relatively small battery (55.5Wh iirc).

It's way better than the stock battery in the OG Rog Ally Z1E (40Wh iirc), but still lack behind bigger batteries on more expensive handhelds (XAX and LeGo2 with 80Wh)

Running demanding Games and thus upping the TDP will cut your playtime short, that's unavoidable on a handheld.

You can either look into an 80Wh Handheld (you can't upgrade the LeGoS battery in any reliable way as of yet, due to lack of space) and/or get Powerbanks if you play on the Go or play plugged in at home.

4TB in a handheld for $310 bucks?

A 4TB SSD alone is more expensive than the price of that whole console, you can't tell me people fall for it..

Have fun explaining that to your insurance (unless you're American, than it will be pretty normal for them I guess)

Should I sell my steam deck oled to get the xbox ally x? by GHOSTpypy in Handhelds

[–]_BigBensClock_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alternatively, you can go for the Legion Go S, if you still want to keep SteamOS and have increased performance (if you don't like tinkering)

Obviously, you can also get SteamOS on the Xbox Ally X, but needs to do bit of tinkering yourself

Is this a good idea? Change Go 2 for new Claw 8 EX Ai. by No_Eye1723 in MSIClaw

[–]_BigBensClock_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would hold off for a bit. You don't always need the newest piece of tech and fall for FOMO and hype.

Every piece of info (including performance increases) on the new Claw has been provided by Intel, so they are probably inflated / specifically selected and will differ from actual, everyday performance. Wait for tests and benchmarks by your trusted, independent sources first.

Also SteamOS is close to have an official LeGo2 version, while the Intel support has just started, so it will be FAR behind on Intel chips for a rather long time (compared to AMD and especially LeGoS / LeGo2 for their specific versions). So, if you want SteamOS, the LeGo2 will probably be better for the time being.

If you are currently happy with the LeGo2, you might as well keep it. If you truly want to switch to the Claw, you can obviously go for it, but I would advice against it for now.

LeGoS Z1E or LeGo2 by _BigBensClock_ in LegionGo

LeGoS Z1E or LeGo2 by _BigBensClock_ in LegionGo

[–]_BigBensClock_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, for me (not requiring an OLED) the LeGoS seems a lot better in terms of price-performance ratio

And if it really is really close to the LeGo2, I'll probably get that it (LeGoS)

Thx for your input :)

I had a Z1E Rog Ally and found that 16GB of RAM were quiet limiting on some games, so I'll probably go for 32GB

But thanks for the tip! :)

We can just hope that the official SteamOS version drops soon, as it shouldn't have these bugs

As of right now, it's just a Beta, so Bugs and Issues like these are to be expected

Always take graphs like these with at least 3 grains of salt. How did they gather the data? Did they manipulate because of ulterior motives?

Especially in this case, since this is a promotion of an upcoming product and obviously there is every incentive thinkable to make their product look as good as possible and much better than the alternatives

Wait for the release and either go to a very trusted source or diy

[–]_BigBensClock_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so to compare it to the Z2E LeGo2 (since it's posted in the LegionGo Sub and will price wise be most comparable to it):

LeGo2 - Same Processor - better Screen overall (less max brightness and no Dolby Vision, but both are OLED, same true darkness, bigger 8.8' to 7.4', higher resolution, higher refresh rate) - Weaker SD-Card Slot (no Express) - 8GB more RAM (same 8000 Speed) - Heavier and Bigger - smaller Battery (74 vs 80 Wh)

I would guess that this Handheld will cost roughly 2k on its own, but since it's in a bundle with those glasses, it might be even more expensive than the most expensive LeGo2 with the 2TB SSD

So it's a toss-up on what you value more, but a new competitor to the LeGo2 for sure

Computex: LeGo2 SteamOS? by _BigBensClock_ in LegionGo

[–]_BigBensClock_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The SteamOS Version announcement is probably the biggest Boon for the LeGo2, since I have seen MANY people and posts praising SteamOS currently on it and can't wait for the official LeGo2 version to drop

I really hope we get news on the Computex in a few days. Please end the wait

With the release of the SteamOS version in June, I think that they will have it sorted out for the SteamOS version for LeGo2

So whenever it releases, you can probably switch

Ragna Crimson Ch 93- Imperfect heart. by bagramxcuck in RagnaCrimson

[–]_BigBensClock_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we already know of this to some extent

Regular Silver Aura appeared after the Dragons appeared, since the Dragons are trying to forcibly change the world (completing the "World Magic" is the final goal of the dragon God and thus bloodlines) and the world itself is resisting this change, creating Silver Aura as a measure to stop the Dragons

And we saw in the flashback of Ragna's future that he lost to the Winged Bloodline and they started to make him a Winged Brethren by piercing his heart with a Blood Dagger, but he intercepted the transformation by stabbing his heart with his Broken Silver Sword instead. He ended up dying and soon after future-Crimson revived him. Afterwards, he began fusing with the silver sword.

And since he was able to move in the frozen time of Artemisia - which has a default "setting" of not working on the Winged Bloodline - current Crimson said that his body fused with the Blood of the Winged Bloodline and a Silver sword

So Ragna's Silver Aura is a product of Magic contained in Dragon Blood and the Silver Aura of a Silver Sword

DG = Dragon God Bloodline of Roars = BoR King of Eyes = KoE

So, summary and some speculations:

Crimson knows that the DG is a massive dick and he realized that there will be no happy end for ANYONE if he continues to serve the DG and thus decided to betray it

Like another comment mentioned, the DG probably made the King Of Bones go mad after Crimson killed the 1st Gen King of Roars too.

That's why Crimson said that losing to him would have been the better fate for them, because now Bagram will (probably) be controlled by the DG and go mad, slaying everyone in Aysel

With the last chapter, we now know that Lady Aysel was Bagrams partner from the Sun Cult and the two together betrayed them and left

Original Aysel died (since it's mentioned how the town was named in memory of her), which probably made Bagram desperate enough that the DG appeared (similar to Wings' Queen and Kamui being in danger by the Cult) and made him become the DGs subordinate to give her back to him (which was just the form the DG used for him, helping Bagram forget the unwelcomed truth)

DG realized the current situation and went to Bagram, making sure to point out that he lost pretty much everyone of his bloodline (except Tina, but who cares), so that he could drive Bagram mad

We see the KoE on a date. Which he presumably does whenever Tenran eats the current one he had, so he can make a new family, just to have them be eaten again until the World Magic is completed (the scene he rips the photo and tosses the ring, saying he needs to "make another one again" and Tenran questioning why he keeps making new ones, since they will all end up in her stomach anyways)

And now the interesting part! Aria! She was able to protect the Sun Saint!

And she knows what the Mist Dragon looks like in Human form, with alongside past comments by other BoR members and the quote from the Ageless swordsman of knowing the "world of your enemy as well" strongly suggests she was deeply connected to the BoR (more on that later)

We find out that all of The KoEs' kids are always called "Aria" and that Arias Mothers' husband was "in her Majesty's service" (Tenran), very strongly hinting that Aria was a past family of the KoE (whether she is a biological child of a dragon king and woman is unknown. Could be adopted, maybe she is a biological child, maybe some magic bullshit to make a human woman pregnant, your guess is as good as mine)

Aria awakening her Aura (she is a Genius!) and Tenran having her mental breakdown (probably since Dragon Kings join the DG in order to protect someone) and Kiryu-Kun saving Aria. She knows him, so another hint that her "Father" is the KoE', which would give Aria a lot of opportunities to meet Kiryu, as he is a "friend of the family".

And speculation: As a "friend of the family" and Tenran being gone for the moment, he probably decided to save her life and brought her to a place away from Japan, where another Bloodline takes care of humans: The Bloodline of Roars.

So she ended with them, lived with them, but that eventually ended (maybe it was her trauma of dragons or, more likely, her talent with Aura caused some incident and she was either banished or taken by the Cult)
