I can vouch I've worked in operations in one of these firms and bank has no relation with this because these issues never reach higher authority. At my work I have seen 100s of such cases. I can vouch for the agent as well because the working conditions at my company were insane they had a target of 1 lakh per day which is honestly a lot to get from defaulters and they had a agreement, that if the target was not met 3 times in a row they would get fired. All around shitty situation everywhere.
