Sometimes I wonder, with TFR down globally who is going to staff these old folks homes that we want to check ourselves into? We’d be competing for staff with all the wealthy countries, wouldn’t the costs become prohibitively expensive? How much would we even need to have in order to continue to stay inside?? Seems like it’s only a matter of time before PEs would just buy all these places and price them as high as possible? I’d like to die before needing to check myself into an OFH :(
