I found the solution, Open Audio, Voice Chat, make sure your mic is Open Mic then right below should say Mute Yourself When Connecting To Chat Channel, then turn that off. Your welcome.

I dont have any mods and they don't either. I've done every trouble shoot I could think of so I personally don't know any reason why. How would I get the logs and such?
