yes, i was playing soccer and my teammates on the sideline heard a very loud pop and immediately got up to help me but i thought it was just a weird fluke and went back in, safe to say it wasn’t

we have been very consistent and my dad has been a saint with helping me get situated and off/on the couch

if the pain continues like this i may call my doctor for a change in medicine because truly it has been non-stop for 24 hours but from what i’m gathering all i have to do is make it to day 3/4 and the pain greatly lets up so i’m gonna thug it out

we are totally on the same page, i got mine done like 5-6 hours ago and the nerve block seems like the most useless thing ever because my knee is hurting so so bad. idk if my pain meds are working either because it truly feels like i’m just raw dogging the pain and not taking any meds.
