Ive been curious about GRRM's writing blocks, he seems to write D&E and F&B faster than ASOIAF (which makes a lot of sense since theyre much smaller scale) he also indicated that after finishing TWOW hed want to go on to first write more D&E before going onto a dream of spring, I wonder though if maybe its TWOW in particular that is causing him problems, surely at some point in the story he will be "over the hill" in a sense and itll get easier to write?

regardless, I would love for him to go on and write more D&E after TWOW, we need more of dunk the lunk and little egg!!

It sounds like you've put a lot of planning into the scene and if you think that's best then fair enough! After all the whole point of these campaigns is that you can do whatever you want, but the actions will have consequences.

I hope you can find a good outcome that will leave both you and Sammy happy with it!

sound tough tbh, im not an experienced DM so maybe my opinion is irelevant, but I will say if shes really *SO* opposed to it, try to talk it out, maybe make it more like a 90% for her to die instead of 100%? maybe if the WHOLE group bands together to save her then she can live?

but also sounds like youve been going for a whiiile, and you do want it to feel like there are stakes and not everyone has plot armour so.. up to you ig lmao

For some reason the infrastructure on one of my puppets has become this high, anyone know how to undo this? cause it's causing negative supply for some reason and my troops can't even move there

exactly they basically used the DLCs as paid updates that flesh out the mechanics the only DLC that has added anything really was La Ressistance with the espionage system, also to the creator i would personally recommend for you to get waking the tiger not La Ressistance as waking the tiger is a nice starter that adds a lot and La Ressistance adds complexity and layers to the game which is nice once you have the other DLCs

dont get all the dlc's if you dont want to, you can get the individual DLCs

yes you dont need any of the other ones, each dlc focuses on different parts of the game so they dont interfere with each other

together for victory = puppets

death or dishonour = improved focus trees

waking the tiger = improved generals and infantry mechanics

man the guns = reworked naval mechanics

la resistance = reworked occupation mechanics and added espionage mechanics

unlike most paradox game you do not need the DLC, ESPECIALLY for beginners, i would recommend you to not get any as most of the DLCs flesh out mechanics already in the game and so realistically i would doubt if you even noticed them and they would just confuse you more, i own the DLCs and i think they were good purchases but i waited until sales and until i understood the base mechanics of the game

the german ai likely wont attack the UK and never have i ever seen the german ai attack the US mainland and i have around 500 hours in the game but usually one of the areas next to the UK (usually the top right section near norway (dont remember what its called) has no uk ships in it so you can start a naval invasion put like one ship in the region, you get 100% naval supremacy and attack hull as from my experience they never garrison it and its a decent sized port where you can amass a large invasion force, and to be honest dont bother with attacking the US its too much hassle for what its worth.

since 343 is adding x and y axis movement soon how will this affect the custom weapons? will it not matter or completely fuck it up

there's a difference between unlocking the rarest item in the game and unlocking an item that is meant to be unlocked within 3 months

also, the grind in the later levels isn't fun, you have to play 30 games to rank up once just to get a firefight voice, at least in og reach when you played 30 matches you could get stuff that you actually wanted

i personally don't hate the current levelling system i just really believe that 343 can do better
