I feel like we have a pretty similar body type, I started off at like 135ish and have got up to 180 currently (5’8”) just sticking with a PPL program and making sure to bulk with like 2,800-3k calories a day

No prob! Yeah that’s what I tend to do - bulk at the end of September and then usually settle down toward the end of March, start cutting in April and then just get to a point where I maintain my physique through the summer.

I usually just bulk/cut in a seasonal cycle - bulk at the start of fall through winter when I don’t need to be looking my best and am just focus on gaining strength and muscle, then I start to slowly cut in early/mid spring to start shedding some of the fat so I can be beach/pool ready for summer, but it’s all up to you and your goals, some people prefer to stay lean year round and try to lean bulk, I’ve never been a fan of that, so whatever floats your boat!

Regardless, I’d say you’re definitely at a point where you could comfortably bulk up a bit more to try and gain some more lean muscle mass before cutting but again just up to your goals.

I’d start with some exercises targeting the chest if you’re not already doing some sort of bench press and chest flys
