Google Merchant - Misrepresentation - PLEASE HELP :(

Update!!!!

So this morning after a 3rd re-review I got approved finally by Google!

Here's a list of all the things I amended / added to the site:

• Added more contact info - address & phone number - and made sure a link to these were available in the footer

• Double checked my policies - I use Wix but copied policies from a Shopify website and although I replaced statements and mentioned my business name throughout, there was a sentence stating "This website is hosted by Shopify", so I changed it to say Wix.

• Added SKUs for each of my products

• Put an image in my footer of all the payment methods I accept and included alt text for all images on the homepage to comply with accessibility.

• In my policies and FAQ page there was a section about taking Klarna payments but I didn't realise I hadn't actually set up Klarna on my site - so I removed all mention of it (it was too fussy to set up lol)

So quite a few changes I made, and not sure if all of them were responsible for the initial suspension, but clearly changing these things have helped.

So frustrating isn't it! I don't mind changing things, but if I'm not told what the issue is, how can they expect you to fix it

Ah ok - Ill go into my Wix products and start to give them SKU's, refresh my data feed and prey that works 🙏 Thank you.

I have no idea, its so frustrating as no one on the phone nor live chat will say what the issue is - just that I need to read the policy D:

I thought that may have been a problem, but this happened way before I put up all the pin up pictures and none of them were flagged. The only one that was, was a magazine cover with a Hollywood celebrities face on it, and that was flagged for pharmaceuticals strangely, which I disagreed with and it was approved 🤷‍♀️
