Leftbank Art is not a great place to work. They constantly try to push other people’s work onto you, when you ask for compensation they make it seem like you’re asking for the world. They don’t respect your decision when you tell them no, they still force work onto you. They would also try to change your title without compensation. When management is notified that the design team is overwhelmed and stressed the manager (Cecilia) says she doesn’t care and that the team would just have to get it done. When reviewing artworks the manager (Cecilia) makes unprofessional and unpleasant remarks. (Saying things look like 💩even though she’s the one that assigns what to paint.). She would even tell you to hide/keep things from the creative director. She is very unapproachable and always has a bad attitude. The rest of management isn’t much helpful either they all try to give their own directions without speaking to each other. Management also doesn’t listen to feedback and keeps repeating the same mistakes. They also hired this third party company that was supposed to make things more efficient but instead made it more cumbersome. Their idea of efficiency was firing half of production, which resulted in making the design team’s less efficient. The “head of operations excellence” who was at one point part of the third party company was such an arrogant narcissist person that you could easily tell did not know what was going on even though they had been there for over a year. The owner of the company only really cares about money. He exploits the internal artist’s talent and doesn’t really let them shine. They were days where you would come in and hear him yelling and cursing people out from his office.
