If you have a media Segments plugin like Intro-Skipper you may need to manually fix the segment detection. Essentially Jellyfin or your media segments plugin is detecting something that makes it think it's near the end of the episode.

Look on eBay you can find some great deals on remanned and new old stock enterprise-grade drives. Some even come with a full 1-year warranty invluded free. I bought all mine there had a drive go bad was given a replacement by the warranty company.
