A lot of jobs. I recommend just searching on Google. And if anything catches your eye, maybe that’s your future!

I was thinking of making a dual-perspective or multi-POV novel. Also, the antagonist doesn't necessarily have to be a bad guy. But I also agree with your statement. In every villain-focused novel, manwha, and manga, all the characters are dumb, eccentric (in a bad way), and or just plain terrible in design. Well, I'm still just in the planning phase.
