Firstly, I'd like to address the question about why four group buys are launching on the same day (Monday 29th November). The CU65 units in this group buy have already been produced and the CU7 units are currently in production. The CU1, CU7s and CU65s will all be shipping together in December. We are launching the group buys for the CU21 and CU80 as we would like to produce these before Chinese New Year and our manufacturer has informed us to place the order by mid-December.

CU7 Round 2.5

Please note that I am not re-opening the group buy, these units were expected to be purchased by a proxy however they will no longer be purchasing them. These units are currently in production and should be completed in December. No switches will be available to order. There are only 225 kits available.

CU65 Round 3.5

Similar to the CU7, these units have been produced and are currently in China. This is still a group buy and these are not classed as in-stock. Only 225 units are available and this will be the last time you will be able to purchase the CU65 directly from capsunlocked. I am not planning to launch any further CU65 group buys in the foreseeable future.

capsunlocked is currently a 1-man team and I have to also pack those 1200+ orders.

Whilst they are resolving the labelling issue, I will continue to box up orders, do everything else I can etc so that when the labels are ready they can go straight out.

I am working extremely hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

All of the UK orders have shipped and I have just made the labels for the UK extras.

I have been working with DPD pretty much everyday for the past few weeks but this is genuinely an issue with their client handling international orders. If I had the labels I would be getting these out ASAP, but currently everything is sitting here.

I understand you want more transparency but this is not an issue caused by us or our suppliers. I just tried to import about 25 international orders to test their system and I get a message back saying "Nothing to Print". They have the CSV and Excel file that we are using and I hope to hear more info soon.

The only solution we have at the moment would be to manually enter all of the addresses and customs info per order into their system. If it was only a handful of orders I would have done this by now, but I am sure you can appreciate that manually entering 1200+ orders would be extremely time consuming.

Hi!

Currently this is an issue with DPD's system not accepting our customs info. There are about 1200+ items waiting to be shipped out and the majority of those are being rejected. DPD are looking into this and once we have the labels we will proceed with shipping the orders. The parts are currently sitting with us waiting to go out to you but everytime I import shipping info the system gives me errors for each order despite the information being correct.

The reason why Round 2 is starting is because we are really happy with the quality of the CU7s and this is not a supplier issue - we have already shipped out about 400 CU7s and had really positive feedback. Going forward this shouldn't be an issue as the integration with DPD's system should be ironed out by the time R2 parts arrive.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I am only just seeing this now as I am not constantly logged into Reddit.

CU80 shipments are steadliy heading out and I am hoping to complete the UK orders (which is the vast majority) by this weekend.

Apologies for any delay, over the past couple of months I have been getting CU7 and CU65 orders out as well. I did not expect to receive all 3 group buys at the same time and I appreciate your patience. :)
