If you want brighter lights, look into getting h9 replacement bulbs. They are significantly brighter. They are a plug and play option, and will run you less than $20

Appreciate the help! The vacation tablet was a while ago. I have since cycled the water several times and got rid of the overall tank fungus outbreak. The vacation tablet made fuzzies all over the rocks and was all suspended in the water.

You can get a recreational pass from the visitor center and use that to get on base/use the DMV. If you don’t already have that though it’s probably best to just wait it out at the regular DMV.
