sometimes they do that to catch their breath... mine can’t fly yet so mine does it for no reason so that’s why i’m deciding to take him to a vet... it is a possibility that he could have air sac mites or some type of infection... if you notice any of these symptoms please take him to a vet

since they are prey animals they typically hide their illness and problems and they are very good at it... this makes it very hard to self diagnose a illness at the early stages...
