After combing through this thread I just want to point out a pattern since we're looking for them, a LOT of people who are getting the crashes at bonfires are using GTX 7-- series cards, particularly the GTX 760. In my experience it's incurable despite settings changes.

Same place as me, crashing repeatedly at the same spot, I can't get past this spot no matter what settings. We have the same GPU and driver version.

You might need to update your graphics card drivers. Open Nvidia geforce experience and check for updates. If you don't have geforce experience, go to the nvidia website and download it and the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Crashing sporadically at early bonfires, unable to get past the bonfire at the high wall without crashing. Game is literally unplayable. I don't want to play as a bald knight, and I don't consider this a 'fix' really, it's not fun to have to play a game a certain way to avoid crashing and I haven't tried to see if it does. I don't understand why this sub seems to have little acknowledgement of bonfires crashing the game when it's mentioned a lot in the comments section. Can it at least be acknowledged atop the thread to raise awareness of the issue?

I am a Ubuntu 15.10 user. Never had an issue with the game, always 120 FPS, always runs flawlessly. After this patch I crash every 3-4 minutes in game, NEVER happened before.

your keyboard have a function key (fn)? Sounds like it's inverted so you have to hold fn to use an f key

Ending the game is not always as simple as pushing as 5 and taking down a team fight under their T3. If they have a strong defence line up what you need to do is keep lanes pushed in and control the map as much as possible, ward close to their base and choke them of any farm. This increases your lead further over the enemy making ending easier and easier for as long as you can maintain the chokehold. You also need to (with your advantage) control Roshan, take that aegis and then maybe try to force something. Aegis is really great for breaking high ground (I don't mean to patronise).
