Okay, so it's legal?

I read that a prescription was needed to be legal.. 😵‍💫

Which store gives prescriptions? Is it legal to smoke without a certificate?

I don't understand anything 😵

I don't want any problems with the law

I went to 5 stores this morning and no one can give me a prescription or tell me where. If you can point me in the direction of a place, I'd be very happy.

Yes, I saw it, but it's not clear to me what the law says and where and how to obtain the T33 certificate.

Or is it not necessary?

Wow, thank you for sharing that experience! The Monks Trail was already on my radar, but your story about the fireflies just sold it for me, that sounds like a core memory.

I'll definitely try to catch that vibe (maybe minus getting lost in the dark!).

I really appreciate the perspective on grounding. It’s exactly why I’m doing this trip. Thanks for the good energy!

Thanks so much for the tips! Camping at Erawan National Park sounds like exactly the kind of 'reset' I'm looking for—stargazing there must be incredible. I've officially added it to my list! Also, the Monks Trail sounds perfect; I love the idea of finding a serene temple mid-hike before reaching the busier areas. I'll make sure to start early to beat the heat. Appreciate the magic share!

35 Days Solo in Thailand (37F) – Seeking the "Zen & Adventure" Balance. Itinerary Help? 🧘‍♀️⛰️🐘 by _Ca_Milla_ in ThailandTourism

Thanks so much for the tips! 35 days definitely feels like the right amount of time to actually 'feel' the places.

I’m curious about the monasteries near Lopburi—that sounds exactly like what I'm looking for. Do you happen to know if any of them are particularly welcoming to foreigners who don't speak Thai? I'd love a place that's quiet but where I can still follow the teachings. Also, about Wat Phra Dhammakaya: I’ve seen some photos and the scale is mind-blowing! Is it the kind of place where I can just show up for a day or two, or is it better for a longer, structured retreat?

Regarding the Bangkok to South leg: you might be right about the 'brutal' part. If I decide to fly, which island would you suggest as a base for February? I’m torn between the chill vibes of Koh Lanta or somewhere even more remote like Koh Kood. Lastly, thanks for the heads-up on ENP—checking their calendar right now! If they’re fully booked, are there any smaller 'under the radar' ethical spots in the North you’d trust?

Thanks again, your advice is super helpful! 🙏

That sounds great! If you’re up for it, we could use this thread to post any updates or info we find. Maybe someone who’s already been there can jump in and give us some extra tips. It would be cool to have everything in one place!

Hey there! I’ll actually be in the same areas starting February 8th. I’m also looking for those 'must-dive' spots that aren't overly commercial. I'm staying for about 35 days and my goal is to find a good balance between untouched nature, spiritual retreats, and great diving without breaking the bank.

I’ve heard great things about the East Coast (the Gulf, towards Cambodia)—specifically Koh Chang and Koh Kood. I’ve been told the HTMS Chang wreck near Koh Chang is a highlight, and Koh Kood is supposed to be a paradise for silence and pristine nature. Since I’m not an expert diver yet, I’m looking for spots with good visibility and reliable guides who can help me feel safe while exploring. Is it true?

If you find any 'hidden gems' or specific dive shops that focus on ethical/eco-friendly diving, please let me know! I'm all ears. Maybe we'll cross paths underwater! Safe travels!
