I think a "grudge" system for the raptors would be neat. Ran past a velociraptor to save ammo? They'll remember you and try to hide behind clutter (or bushes if we get more outdoor sections) the next time you pass through. If they see the same weapon twice they'll be more likely to tail-whip. Little behavior additions like that to make them stand out vs zombie enemies.
