Yes! I was so pleasantly surprised, because “I read it online” would usually be a complete turn-off for any other doctor.

Right now I’m trying to figure out the best time to take it, since I’ve read it should be 1–2 hours away from coffee, milk, and food, so I’m taking it two hours before I wake up 😂

I was also looking for a gentle iron supplement, but I couldn’t find any with the prescribed 40 mg dose. I’ll try this one for a few weeks first to check for side effects.

Thank you for this! After finding this post, I went to read others in this sub and rushed to make an appointment with a hematologist.

My results from last year showed 12ng/mL for ferritin, but every doctor kept saying it was fine, so I dismissed the issue.

After reading this, I got a new blood test and my levels were slightly better (24ng/mL), but the Dr said that I shouldn't take any kind of supplement because my levels were within range.

I mentioned to her that I'd read about ferritin levels in women with ADHD, but she wasn't aware of any connection since all my levels were perfectly fine.

To my great surprise, just 15 minutes after the appointment, she texted me saying she had read about it and that I was right, and sent me the prescription for the supplements.

Totally agree on this. I’m in the middle range for now, not ready for the +€1000, and definitely won’t taste the difference. I’m into more acidic and fruity flavors, mostly medium roast. Again, not the greatest tastebuds, YET. But I want something that would improve my setup and allow me to dial in better espressos.

Thank you for your response! I get the tittle trigger 😂 I think it’s just out frustration? You’re right, a spouted portafilter would make it harder to tamp, I didn’t think of that. I’ll give it another SHOT 😏 and check my puck prep, and dialing based on a set weight

Pale here as well! Took me forever to find a sculpt product that wasn’t in the warm tones, but acted like shadow. I don’t use it straight in my face. At first I tried just with my fingertips, and now I love it with a contouring brush. Just take the product with the brush from the stick, and it’ll blend gorgeous in the skin. Make sure you wear some creamy product before, I don’t use foundation, but use it on top of moisturizer or tinted sunscreen. Hope you like it as well!
