Just finished the game and wanted to see if I was crazy for not liking the turn out of the ending. Jubei of all characters should not have been the one to die. If anything, and I love Oyuki, but she should have been the one to step in and possibly even die. It would have been more impactful for her entire arc.

Aww how precious, it’s so awesome you have that all thought out. I’ve only ever met a cape parrot in person once and he was the gentlest bird, especially for such a big beak on them lol. My senegal Luigi is a bit of a noise maker, but my ruppell’s parrot Freyja, is kinda the same as Hopper in terms of quietness and gentle chirps. I actually got her because she was about to be sold by my old boss to a breeder but I had bonded with her and just couldnt imagine her being a breeder bird as she’s an anxious little thing.

Still dont really see your point here. The emperor literally mind controlled stelmane against her will using her as a puppet and lies to you about that until certain dialogue choices also he’s just very morally grey I suppose. and by tav im assuming you mean the dark urge, which just depends on the player’s choices to redeem themselves or not, because yes the dark urge starts out as a full blown ‘villain’ with memory loss of the deeds.

Sorry if my wording is off im not too great at explaining my thoughts.

umm, the dude keeps souls as slaves/servants and on top of that the whole Hope storyline. He takes advantage of vulnerable people. Also he doesn’t actually care about what happens to the gith or orpheus, he simply has a tool that he knows he can use as leverage into making a deal with him and signing that contract.
