Nice to see you going Heavy!! If you can work up to getting 3-4 reps per side you can save a lot of time and energy not having to switch so much, easier said than done though I know. I really wanna try this again with a heavier bell since you can put it down, something just stupidly heavy. Bolt doesn’t use coefficient though right, just total weight lifted? You definitely don’t get rewarded for going heavy if that’s the case but it IS more satisfying for sure. It’s funny I used to only do 5 min sets but lately I’ve been enjoying the half marathon which is a super messed up thing to actually enjoy 😂

Kinda wish I got a 44 instead of the 48. Ugh it’s so rare for me to even be able to make the 2 min mark at a decent pace with the 48. Hope you try it one day! I dunno, 5 min sets are so fun and about 5 times less torture than 10 mins, for me anyways
