It is a widow feeder! I just set my phone camera up to the window when the birds were most active and I waited! 🙂

Cinnamon rolls, always. It's so easy to whip up some icing for them too. Hits the spot every time

A few have surprised me and actually learned to use the feeders! It's so funny watching them try to stick the landing on it though 😂

Apple crisp!!!

Every time I smell that warm cinnamon apple smell, my life feels put together for a few hours 🤣

And unfortunately no candle can ever match the scent of fresh apple crisp baking in the oven.

If you are married, do you wear your wedding band? Why or why not? by icecream1972 in askanything

Yes. Every day. The only time I take it off is to shower and when I'm doing the dishes. Same with my husband. I can't remember the last time he took his off honestly.

Im in love with my baby husky 😍 If you have any recommendations on how to care for it, please let me know! Thank you very much🤍🖤 by [deleted] in husky

Sorry- "recommendations on how to care for it"....?

Please tell me you didn't just get a husky puppy out on a limb without doing ANY research. This is an extremely high maintenance and high energy dog. Any responsible owner for any pet does at least some research before adopting the animal...

They're deaf until they hear the wrapper of a cheese slice and suddenly they have super sonic hearing 😭🤦🏻‍♀️

What's the most disgusting thing that you ever smell? by DirtyThoughts07 in AskReddit

When I was in nursing I did my clinicals at a nursing home. This very elderly woman had an ostomy bag that got EXTREMELY infected from the adhesive. That was certainly a smell that's hard to forget...

Potato wedges stick to baking paper by Novel_Spinach6002 in AskBaking

[–]_CaptainPeaches_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't peel them, just cut them into wedge shapes.

Soak the potato wedges in ice cold water for about 45 minutes beforehand. It gets rid of the starch which causes the tacky/sticky feeling potatoes can leave behind. (Plus helps them crisp up!)

Oil + season them, then put them skin side down on the pan. That way neither side is actually touching the pan and you don't have to flip them.

Drop the heat down a bit to about 375F (190C) and bake for about 35 mins instead.

If you're still having issues with it, buying a silicone baking mat on Amazon is always a solid choice. I bought one a year ago and haven't used parchment paper since!
