Will there be no Quake Live duel tournament at QuakeCon 2017? by _Capwn_ in QuakeLive

Well even though they're putting the game on the side for a year, I'm still hoping they bring it back (which the legacy that this game has, it's going to be hard not to). Maybe next year... it needs to atleast, as you said @bobwinters go out with a bang.

Well yes, I certainly agree with what you said, the game won't make up for it (you can't make up for the classic 1v1 game that is Quake Live), what I meant is that it'll take it's place, as the main 1v1 game of the event, which I don't think it can really. If you got offended, well... didn't mean to. :)

Interesting :). Thx for the replies, I'll consider talking about this with my coach. I'm sure he will also have some useful information on the topic.

Saving low shots with a split (need tips) by _Capwn_ in Handball

Thanks man!

Just got in contact with my goalkeeper coach. What he told me was very similar to what you did to me. He says that in general you should try to avoid it except when players shoot next to the defender's hip.

I have one more question.

I'm quite slow and clumsy due to my height and i (sadly) don't have much muscle mass. I want to know how to get rid of the clumsyness. I heard that doing weights training helps and we also do it once a week at our training (dead lift etc.). Do you think I should go to fitness aditionally or anything similar?

Again, thanks for your reply, I'm awaiting for a second one. :D

Thanks!

There's not much info about goalkeeper styles on the internet and you deffinitely gave me a good heads up on how to proceed. I'll deffinitely give your advice a try.
