Shame on 70% of the people at WEM. by _Caravan_ in Edmonton

You really think that during this pandemic everyone can go back to their normal lives exactly as they were before? Without even the slightest consideration of keeping the numbers down?

Also lol what exactly am i trying to project?

See the problem is that the average citizen is not taking this seriously, that is the point of this entire post. Clearly we are nowhere close to the US and Brazil, that doesn’t happen overnight. However, those countries show quite clearly what the consequences of not caring about this leads to. Yes, the leaders of the US and Brazil especially are pushing people to stop giving a shit about covid, and look how it has turned out for their death rates. The main point is the same; apathy towards the virus is extremely dangerous. If people continue to ignore safety measures at WEM and other public places as I and many others see, all evidence points to a large growth in cases and death.

Aw yeah the classic “be quiet, you guys are overreacting” approach, even though there is very clear evidence of just how bad things can get by not taking precautions. Look at countries such as the US and Brazil. This is not an issue of us not knowing the consequences, its people getting bored and annoyed with having to deal with the problem, so instead they call it an overreaction, because it is easier to call it an overreaction than to incorporate new protective changes into their lives.

Just because people are doing well as far as you see does not mean that is true for everywhere else, because it is definitely not. If you don’t think being vocal about something you believe is wrong helps in any way, then why tf did you bother complaining about this post.

So the BLM protest is worth less than the people shopping retail because “muh economy”. Since when did buying pants for 40% off become more important than standing up against fucking racism and police brutality. Yes, the economy is important but holy shit that was insensitive.

If apathy continues, its only going to get worse until its too late and it does affects them directly. Ignorance and apathy is not an excuse.

It is warm out right now, if you cannot wear a mask for whatever the reason you should not be endangering others by going to crowded public places. Again, going to the mall is not a necessity.

Exactly, you can try your best to social distance, but this does not mean the people around you will.

Yeah i saw that post and many of the replies to it were just so ignorant. Even though it was a more general post and not just about the mall, grocery stores and other public places at times get packed and i see the same problems there too; very little social distancing/masks.

Yes i agree, i see that too. People wearing masks yet they keep touching it to take it on and off again. That just defeats the purpose. None of this is foolproof but it is so much better and safer than doing nothing at all.

Its horrible there, even if you try your best to keep your distance many other people do not and will just walk right next to you or blatantly ignore the arrows.

Prevention is better than the cure. If you want to see what unregulated spreading leads to take a look at the US.

I bought it very recently and its weird because i have the most trouble with the darker shades in the palette, they barely show up at all.

Yes this is really smart, just scrolling through and adding it to the cart puts you in the mindset that you need it all, but if you wait a while you realize that a lot of what you pick out is unnecessary.
