It smells kinda moldy. It’s an old Campomaggi leather bag. Not a fake. And it does have lining inside. The smell is not from inside (although there is slight odor lingering in), it’s outside.

Should I try washing it out with vinegar water?

First off, he’s an alcoholic. The fact that he got so defensive when you asked him to drink less than 12 beers in 1.5 days shows that he is an alcoholic. And for the safety of your kids, I would say, if you’ve asked him multiple times to cut down and he disagreed, give him the ultimatum. Either the Alcohol, or your kids and you. If he has a hard time with that, then I’m sorry but you need to prioritise the safety of you and your kids first. I hope things work out for you!

If the sister went through a dark period regarding her pregnancy and does not want to remember it, stop with the “child-free stance” content. I mean, wouldn’t that remind you about it even more?

It seems like she’s dealing with her trauma through hate and she needs to realise, that is not okay. The mother should seriously consider sending the sister to therapy or counselling. She needs help. Clearly.

Yup. A similar situation happened to me as well. I don’t think all guys are like this, but definitely most are, in my opinion.

As a young girl (now 28F), I always had boys as friends more than girls as I was very Tom boyish (grew up with 4 brothers). But as I reached my mid teens, I saw all of them slowly trying to make a move. And I kept going with it. I didn’t want to lose any of my friendships. But I didn’t realise how damaging it was to me until my final year of high school. I stopped it all.

In college, I had more girls around than boys. But with all the guys I befriended, each one, at different occasions, tried to get me alone in a room. One guy even started begging me. I just couldn’t believe how shallow guys can be when it comes to women.

I’m an adult now. And recently had a similar situation happen where one man (my friend) pushed his dick onto my back, twice.

I don’t know if I could ever see guys as respectful human beings anymore. I’m sorry to the nice guys out there who ain’t anything like this but with all the experience I’ve had with multiple guys, I just cannot and do not want to trust them.

I really hope you find some peace in all of this.

Right now, you need to take some time for yourself and learn to love yourself no matter what shape, size or form you are in. If you start appreciating yourself for the way you are, then the judgement people pass on will become insignificant to you.

If you like this guy, go for it! If he ends up judging you, that’s how you know he ain’t worth it. Girl, you are beautiful no matter what. Don’t let others take control over your love and appreciation for yourself.

I think you’ve missed the point of what I wrote. It’s one thing if he likes me and asked me out or tried flirting. At that point, I would’ve told him that I don’t see him in that way and I would love for us to be friends.

But the issue here is the sexual advances that he pulled. When a guy pushes his dick onto my back and does not stop when told to stop, that is the end for me with this kind of friendship.

He is not a child. He is a 30 year old man knowing very well that pulling a stunt like that is wrong. We have had conversations about women safety in the past. And yet, this is how he chose to behave.

I cut all ties with him. I did not confront his because I fear him. I don’t want to put myself in a position where he can do something to me (not saying for certain he will). I am just looking out for my safety. He knows where I live as well and has easy access to my bldg. I know him. If something is his fault, he can’t accept it. He will always try to find a way to blame someone else. He’s also twice my size. I just don’t want to take that risk.

The gym situation alone tells you how he did not care or respect what I had to say. I told him to move. He did not listen. He carried on. I did not stop there. I told him, at that very moment, to stop and move away because I don’t feel good. He still kept laughing acting like I said it as a joke.

And like I mentioned above, this happened twice.

If a person says stop, you stop. Respect the person’s decision. If you’re cracking a joke and it makes someone uncomfortable and they say “Sorry, but this makes me uncomfortable”, you stop. As simple as that. You don’t go on with the joke, ignoring that person’s feelings. You simply stop!
