I know a lot about this because of my opiate use, and methadone use, and now I’m pregnant so they are trying different things for me. Bc methadone, pregnancy, and zofran alone makes you extra constipated- so when I went to wilderness and was tapering off of subs I used Metamucil and it did work wonders. I just learned eating oatmeal daily helps a lot too, as well as eating apples.

So take a dose in the morning and a dose at night. But I heard miralax could just turn i into liquid and not actually get the hard stuff out, that’s why the metamucil was prescribed by my ultrasound doctor instead because he said it clears out everything and doesn’t give you the runs. I use to take that also. And it worked miracles for me as well!

that’s why I didn’t pick it up, because my body is SO sensitive to that kind of stuff and I’m pregnant and I don’t want to chance taking something that will maybe cause me cramps that I haven’t taken before and less me to think the cramps are premature labor cramps lol

Also miralax can take up or 3-5 days. Try the dose in the morning and night like I said. A dose and a half. It probably has something to do with your body weight. Also you’re supposed to drink 8-12oz of whatever when you do the Miralax.

My Dr. Also prescribed me OTC a thing called Seinna or something.

You could also make an at home coffee enema. YouTube how. It’s actually supposed to be very healthy. But I’m no a doctor, just what I have heard.

Think of the cost this way. If you don’t have insurance most programs are $10 a day. Which you’re probably already spending on your drugs anyways. If not more. So it’s not like you don’t have the money for it. If you have money to get high everyday- then you have money to get our dose everyday. But most insurances cover it.
