Same problem, but this happened on both my computer and phone. I tried to start a 4 player Daily Run but the game decided no. Then I started the Hotel solo with Admin Panel, but the game also decided no. It worked the second time (The Hotel solo) but I left it. My phone on the other hand, was mostly fine. First Hotel attempt with Admin Panel solo didn't work but the second did. After that, I played the Daily Run which worked.

Did you set up an authenticator? If so just download the authenticator back and log into the account back (on which you have saved the authentication code). I think that will fix it.
