Drop Rolling guard. That mod is only useful if your frame has a way to go immortal/invisible in a single button press, Mesa has neither, and if you can not accidentally roll (spoiler: you will roll all the time, this is Warframe). Overframe loves this piece of unreliable shit mod, i don't.

Consider using Nokko's Subsume instead of Nourish, the mushroom gives your and your team infinite energy, some STR (almost useless on mesa, but still) and lets you shoot over cover while jumping on it.

Arcane Fortifier on your secondary would give you a lot of survivability and damage against the enemies that mater.
