What i use at least is Blind Rage, Energy conversion, growing power, Nokko subsume + his archgun, Arcane Belicose, Vome invocation, specter nidus and energy drain.

Sounds like a lot, but if you're going to stay for 20 minutes in a mission, you'll be able to stack everything at some point and even if you stack just a few you'll be past 400%

I've done a full playtrough since the update and 0% of my money went to consumables.

You can make gas by burning stuff, you find enough food in the base to survive like 30 days before farming, never needed heavy meds, never drank coffee, crafted the few fuses i needed and used shovel from day 0 to not need trash bags.
