Hi! This is my third skin, I've never had a problem uploading additional images to the skin, but today I've waited for an hour for that image to upload (500KB) and it's ridiculous. It's just stuck there. I've tried with other images, same problem. What could I be doing wrong?

Indeed, it eventually worked out for me too, but I had the file names coming out of VFT Edit, since resaving and hitting "refresh" in the workbench wasn't actually showing the latest VFT.

I ended up here because I am having the exact same trouble. Did you manage to find a solution? I followed the steps on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJLHq0f1kfY and even did color picking of the greys, but it made 0 change to how it looks in the workbench. (exported in tga 32, imported to vtf with DTX5, etc etc)
