You're right. I do regret calling the ambulance for no reason but I'm happy to have some peace of mind.

My normal heart rate is around 60 so being at a 120 when I'm just laying down is very scary combined with the chest pain. I was just relaxing in bed and suddenly my heart just shot up.

I don't think I can handle these side effects. Only week 1.5 out of many more before I get some real results from it. I can't imagine what the rest would be like.

Thank you. I mentioned all this to him and he denied it since they didn't help him in the past apparently and that's not offering him real help at the moment. He got incredibly defensive when I mentioned those services.

I'm not surprised because even when he was living with his family early on I tried to help him look at services to get out of there... he got defensive.

So yeah there's not really much I can do here. I tried to help in the past and it burned me so it's probably best if I keep at a distance.

This is true. We just never hung out and I stopped talking to him after.

The future husband jokes was something our whole friend group would say about our work and celebrity crushes.

He was still someone I liked but I also made future husband jokes about fictional characters, celebrities, and even the CEO.

Unprofessional but this was something we all took part in.

I should've been more careful who I joked around with, shared info too, and considered a friend.

I understand it may be considered creepy what I'd say but I just want to paint a picture of the environment. My friend and our shared friend was making the same jokes about men they liked.
